Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ucanvas website and waitlist (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ucanvas is a pre-launch product. The website currently lets you join a waitlist, create an account, and submit feedback. Features, availability, and pricing described on the site are subject to change before and after launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up or joining the waitlist.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service (including the feedback board), you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or spam content.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Submit false information or impersonate others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Feedback

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit may be used by us to improve Ucanvas without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Creator and Studio) are offered as recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually depending on the option you choose at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and, for India, Razorpay); we do not store your card details.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing section. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; you are not billed again after cancelling.
• Taxes. Prices are shown exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is added at checkout based on your location.
• Price changes. We may change plan prices; any change applies to your next billing period, and we'll give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Ucanvas name, website, and content are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” during this pre-launch period, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ucanvas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
