How do I join the waitlist?+

Create a free account, then open your dashboard and toggle on “Join the waitlist.” You can also fill in a few details to help us tailor early access.

I didn't get my confirmation email.+

Check your spam folder. If it's still missing after a few minutes, try signing up again or email us and we'll confirm your account manually.

How do I change my email or password?+

Go to Account settings. You can update your name, username, email (which re-verifies the new address), and password there.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?+

Turn off the newsletter toggle on your dashboard, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.

When does Ucanvas launch?+

We're in private beta and rolling out access to the waitlist in waves. Join the waitlist to get invited.

How do I delete my account or data?+

Email us and we'll remove your account and personal data. See our Privacy Policy for your full rights.
